Rico Martinez brings over a decade of leadership experience, strongly focusing on shaping strategy and fostering a positive company culture. A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Rico was previously in the Revenue Cycle for Healthcare before becoming part of the Earthtones family in 2018. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for all Earthtones companies, overseeing daily operations and playing a key role in growing the Earthtones brand.

Rico’s true passion lies in the people within the organization and the relationships he’s built with his team. With a faith-based, servant leadership approach, he has developed a team of leaders who embody the company’s shared vision and values. He credits all success to God and strives to reflect Him in all he does.

Outside of work, Rico enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children and discovering new playgrounds across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. When time permits, he and his wife Amy, self-proclaimed food critics, enjoy traveling and finding local award-winning restaurants.
