“It’s just grass!”  is the statement that propelled Mike through his 30 plus years in the green industry. Starting 1992, he forged his way past 25 years at Trugreen/Landcare. His dedication had awarded him the President’s Club five times as Branch Manager over his tenure. Fueled with knowledge, he took his passion to operating into commercial landscaping. Brightview, was where Mike began his strides from Branch Manager to VPGM for the DFW market for several years. Today, Mike continues his work as the Director of Operations at Earthtones Maintenance with a goal to launch the company to $100 million in revenue.

Mike spends his time riding motorcycles with his wife Lisa. They have two boys in college, a daughter in high school and the youngest in middle school. When he has a spare moment, he enjoys hunting and finding new ways to make the family laugh.
